Is your site trusted and safe?

Yes, my site is hosted on Squarespace, a renowned platform specially designed for website building and e-commerce which offers advanced security protocols in all its levels (domains, hosting, transactions, etc).

WHAT PAYMENT GATEWAYS DO YOU USE?

I use PayPal in my checkout as my primary payment gateway which is the world's safest payment platform that exist. Our payment options currently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. Credit Card payments are made directly through PayPal using a 128 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, so you can feel safe when browsing and buying on my site.

I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I CHECKOUT WITH MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

Yes. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you still can checkout with your Credit/Debit card following these easy steps.

  1. In the checkout page enter your email and shipping information and then click on “Pay with PayPal button” as you were to pay with it.

  2. Click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option in the pop-up window (only available for certain countries).

  3. Enter your payment information and checkout.

DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

No. All credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, and payment details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

HOW DO WE PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Do you manufacture your own merch products?

No, I use Teespring and Printful platforms to print, fulfill and ship my original merch products to my customers.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, both platforms offer worldwide shipping.

Where do the products come from?

Even when I am outside the United States, my merch products are manufactured, fulfilled and shipped from the USA, Europe and Australia respectively.

What is your shipping policy?

I always specified in the footer of each product which service I am using to produce it.

If your ordered product is from Teespring, the shipping policy is the next:

FOR US FULFILLED ORDERS:

US-bound orders will arrive within 9-12 business days.

Canada and International-bound orders will arrive within 12-15 business days.

You can take a look at Teespring.com/track to see what your shipping status is. If you have your tracking number, you can also see more detailed information about your shipments status by entering the number on DHL.com

* For International shipping, we do not track packages once they reach their destination country.


FOR EU FULFILLED ORDERS:

UK- bound orders will arrive within 7-12 business days once production begins

For France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden orders will arrive within 7-12 business days once production begins

For all other countries within Europe, orders will arrive within 10-16 business days once production begins

For countries outside of Europe, US & Canada, orders will arrive within 15-22 business days once production begins

* For EU fulfilled orders, tracking is not available.

What are your refund and cancellations policies?

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accept this request within two days of having received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will receive the refund within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the article was originally purchased.

We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

To return an item, please email support@weslumber.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with

  4. Your request.

ITEMS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty I will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please email me to support@weslumber.com me within 48 hours after receiving your package and include

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph is demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate mistakes in future printing. Our fantastic Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

I do not accept returns or make refunds if you change your mind after receiving your order(s).

Unfortunately, since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email us to support@weslumber.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with, and

  4. Your request.

DISCLAIMER:

I do not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. I do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service. Please check your shipping information carefully before checking out. If you realise you have made a mistake, just e-mail me to support@weslumber.com as soon as possible. Orders take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled, after that I can't update any further information on the order and I will not be able to make a refund or a replacement of the product.

I am not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.

For items returned to me due to undeliverable addresses or issues at Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
